The experimental LaTeX/TeX code put up here, I have written partly as I have followed the development of the LaTeX3 project.
This is currently wholly unstructured, so you have to dig out the goodies yourself. Sorry if it is a mess, but I have just put this up in order to make these ideas immediately accessible. - There is no point in me writing my own version of LaTeX3.
